      本文提出了一种小电流接地的稳态选线方法,该方法全面利用了配电网发生单相接地故障后故障线路与非故障线路的零序电流与零序电压的相位关系,借助了现有的配电自动化技术,新颖之处在于计及了配电线路电阻的影响,考虑了线路在带有负荷的情况下故障线路与非故障线路零序电流电压的相位关系,并通过在馈线自动化终端FTU上嵌入DFT相位检测算法来实现零序电流电压相位差的测量,仿真验证了选线方法的有效性。

      A method of steady state of a small current grounding line selection is proposed in this paper, which take full advantage of distribution network single-phase grounding fault of fault line and non fault line"s zero sequence current and zero sequence voltage phase relationship, with the existing distribution automation technology, novel in meter and the influence of distribution line resistance, consider the line under a load line fault and non fault line zero sequence current and voltage phase relationship, and through in the feeder automation terminal unit (FTU) embedding phase DFT detection algorithm to detect zero sequence current and voltage phase difference. The simulation proves the effectiveness of fault line selection method..
