      对变电站设备状态进行监测是智能变电站的一个重要的组成部分。针对高压断路器SF6断路器在线监测的特点,设计了基于图像处理技术和光电传感技术的SF6气体压力状态实时在线监测系统。针对变电站中使用的彩色SF6压力表,提出了一种快速报警的仪表图像直读算法,基于该算法进行图像处理,识别SF6气体压力状态。SF6气体压力状态在线监测数据通过ZigBee无线通信技术传输,基于LabVIEW编写的后台软件能够在线实时显示SF6气体压力状态。对设计的系统进行了初步的实验室测试,验证了该系统方案的可行性。
英文摘要:
      It was an important part of the intelligent substation to monitor the status of the substation equipment. A real-time on-line monitoring system based on image processing technique and photoelectric sensing technology of SF6 gas pressure was designed aimed at the characteristics of on-line monitoring of high voltage circuit breaker SF6 circuit breaker. This paper proposed a rapid alarm instrument image reading algorithm aimed at colored SF6 pressure gaugeused in substations. Image processing and identification of SF6 gas pressure were based on the algorithm.SF6 gas pressure state on-line monitoring data transferred through the ZigBee wireless communication technology.The SF6 gas pressure state online was displayed based on the background software written in LabVIEW . Preliminary laboratory tests were carried out to verify the feasibility of the system.
