      电网连锁故障在线评估的关键在于物理模型和实时数据的获取,本文提出一种基于CIM/E的地区电网连锁故障在线评估方法。从电网物理模型和数据特点出发,在提出将CIM/E应用于电网连锁故障在线评估的基础上,对CIM/E 文件检查、数据提取、数据处理、电网孤岛识别等关键技术进行了研究,并将提出的方法与电网连锁故障在线评估的可信性测度评估方法相结合,提出了完整的地区电网连锁故障在线评估方案。通过系统开发和在我国西南地区某实际电网中的应用证明,本文提出的方法正确、可行,能及时、准确地为电网调度人员提供决策依据。
英文摘要:
      Online assessment of power system cascading failure lies in acquiring physical models and real-time data. A method based on CIM/E for power system cascading failure online assessment is proposed. In view of power system physical models and data characteristics, on the basis of applying CIM/E to power system cascading failure online assessment, document check、data extraction and data processing of CIM/E and island recognition are researched. Then a complete cascading failure online assessment scheme of regional system is presented combining the above method and credibility measure. Through system development and application in China"s southwest practical regional system, both the correctness and the effectiveness of the proposed application were verified, and the method is able to timely and accurately provide decision-making basis for the dispatching personnel.
