      采用TI移相控制器UCC28950设计了全桥移相变换器,实现了其超前桥臂、滞后臂的零电压开关,其系统具有结构简单、占空比丢失较小、软开关较容易实现等特点。首先全面分析了全桥移相的工作原理,讨论实现软开关的必要条件,计算了主要器件参数,然后利用PSIM仿真软件对电路进行仿真,最后通过实际搭建的5kW大功率AC/DC开关电源进行测试,验证了本方法设计的合理性。
英文摘要:
      Be used UCC28950 to designing phase-shifted full-bridge converter transformer, achieved the leading- leg and the lagging- led zero voltage switching, which the structure is simple and duty cycle loss is small and the soft switching is easy to implement and so on. First, analyzed its principle from all around, and discussed the condition of achieving soft switching calculated main parameters, then simulated it by using PSIM software. The results prove that parameters are designed reasonably to actual design of 5kW high-power AC/DC switching power converter.
