      本文对风电场对电网并网时的电能质量评估方法进行了研究。简要分析了风电场并网对电能质量的影响,依据国家相关标准给出了风电场并网电能质量评估指标及其计算方法,提出由风电场并网引起的并网点处电压偏差、谐波电流和谐波电压以及电压波动与闪变的计算方法与步骤。基于某风电场的实际数据说明了上述评估方法的具体实施步骤。本文为进行风电场并网时的电能质量评估计算提供了参考依据。
英文摘要:
      The power quality assessment method of paralling wind farm was studied in this paper. The effects of the interconnection of wind power on power quality were brief analyzed first. According to the relevant national standards, the power quality evaluation index and its calculation method of paralling wind farm have been given. The method and its steps for calculating the voltage deviation, harmonic current and voltage and the voltage fluctuation and flicker caused by wind power interconnection had been put forward. The evaluation method and the concrete implementation steps had been illustrated based on the actual data of a wind farm. This paper provides a reference basis for the evaluation of the power quality of the interconnected wind farm.
