      针对PWM三相逆变器,根据开路故障下的各相输出电流特性,以故障电流作为故障信息,提出了一种基于三相电流极值比值和概率神经网络的开路故障诊断方法。该方法以各相输出电流极值比值作为故障特征量,利用概率神经网络的非线性映射分类能力实现逆变器的故障诊断。仿真实验结果表明该方法能准确检测、定位故障功率管,并且对噪声具有很好的鲁棒性。
英文摘要:
      According to the open-circuit fault of each phase current characteristics, taking fault current as the fault information, this paper proposes a switch open-circuit fault diagnosis method based on extremum ratio of three-phase current and probabilistic neural network for the three-phase PWM inverter.By this method takes the output current of extremum ratio as the fault characteristic, using the nonlinear mapping classification ability of the probabilistic neural network to realize the fault diagnosis of inverter.The simulation results show that the method can accurately detect and locate failure power switch and has good robustness for noise.
