      微电网是可再生能源接入电网的主要途径之一,是智能电网的重要研究内容。客观有效地评估微网运行性能,对提高微网能源运行最优化具有重要的指导意义。本文从可靠性、优质性、经济性以及环保性四个方面对微网进行了详细的分析,基于最优隶属度的模糊评价方法,提出了一种孤岛微电网运行性能综合评价方法。该方法可以有效评估一段时间内,微电网运行的综合性能。最后,本文以某海岛实际运行数据,进行了算例分析,证明了该评价方法的有效性和合理性。
英文摘要:
      Micro-grid is one of the main ways to connect renewable energy to power grid, and it is an important research content of smart grid. Objective and effective evaluation of the performance of the micro-grid has important guiding significance for improving the energy optimization of micro-grid operation. Based on the optimal membership degree of fuzzy evaluation method, this paper make a detailed analysis for micro-grid from reliability, quality, economy and environmental protection, and then it proposes a new comprehensive evaluation method suitable for the operating performance of standalone micro-grid .The proposed method can effectively evaluate the comprehensive performance of micro grid operation over a period of time. Finally, this paper analyzes the actual operation data of an island, proves the validity and rationality of the method.
