      提出了一种以FPGA与MCU框架为控制核心,CAN总线作为通信总线的具有PCI接口的智能CAN卡方案,该CAN卡主要提供伺服控制器的实时解决方案,该CAN卡通过PCI总线接口与工控机进行数据交换,通过CAN总线与远程数据采集模块进行通信,充分利用PC机的数据处理能力与CAN卡的控制能力。本文着重介绍了智能CAN卡的硬件电路设计、SPI逻辑电路设计与智能CAN节点设计。该方案实时性高、可靠性好,具有广泛的应用前景。
英文摘要:
      A intelligent CAN Card scheme with PCI interface with the FPGA and MCU frame as control core,CAN bus as communication bus is proposed,The CAN card is mainly used to provide the real-time solution of servo control system,this card exchange data through PCI bus interface with industrial personal computer and communicate with the remote data acquisition module through CAN bus,this card can make full use data processing ability of the PC machine and control ability of intelligent CAN card.The hardware circuit design of intelligent CAN card, SPI logic circuit design and the design of CAN node are focused on. This method has broad application prospect with highly real-time performance and well reliability.
