      针对配网主设备在线监测数据只能在计算机上显示,还不能有效地接入移动终端这一问题,设计并开发了基于3G/4G网络的配网主设备监测平台。在WAMP集成环境和Eclipse开发环境下,选定JSON作为客户端与服务器的传输格式,利用XML语言实现页面设计,使用PHP语言和JAVA语言分别实现服务器端和Android客户端的整体设计和软件功能。最后以基于频率响应分析(frequency response analysis,FRA)的变压器绕组变形带电检测数据为例,按照软件测试的方法和要求对客户端进行了真机上的测试,测试结果表明本文开发的配网主设备监测平台客户端可以在Android智能手机上平稳高效运行,证明设计方案切实可行。

      Currently,online monitoring data of power equipment can only been displayed on the computer and fails to get effectively access to mobile terminal. In order to solve the problem, a monitoring platform for distribution network equipment based on 3G/4G has been designed and developed. In the WAMP and Eclipse development environment, JSON has been selected as the transmission format between the client and the server, XML is used for the page design of the client, and php language and java language are used to realize the logic function of server and client respectively. Finally, the test data of transformer winding deformation based on frequency response analysis(FRA) has been introduced. The real machine test has been carried out, according to methods and requirements for software testing.The results show that the monitoring platform client developed in this paper can run on the Android smart phone stably and prove that the design scheme is feasible.
