      转子一点接地是汽轮发电机常见的故障形式之一。本文结合某1030MW发电机转子接地保护运行中“转子一点接地”误报警问题,现场检查排除了发电机转子外部接地情况,通过试验确定汽端大轴接地铜辫处的打火放电是造成误报警的原因。结合该保护装置建立数学模型,对所采用的不同保护方式分别进行理论分析,找到理论上可能导致报警误发的原因,总结出发电机转子接地报警后的排查重点,以指导同类型发电机运行检修工作。
英文摘要:
      Rotor one-point grounding is one of familiar faults of the turbine generator. This article elaborated and analyzed an incident that A rotor grounding protection device of 1030MW generator alarmed when the generator was running. After check, no grounding points were found in the exterior of the generator, and it was sure that sparks existing in the copper grounding braids of the shaft in the turbine end were the reason for this alarm by a test. This article built mathematic models according to protection devices, elaborated the reason for malfunction of different protection devices, and indicated what should be lay emphasis on in the check when alarm appeared. It will be beneficial to the operation and maintenance of the same-type generator.
