      我国110kV 及以上电压等级的输电网中大量采用SF6气体绝缘开关设备(Gas Insulation Switchgear-GIS),特别是GIS设备在电网中的的应用越来越广泛。随着电压等级和系统容量的提高,电网中GIS设备内部绝缘故障概率趋于上升,设备缺陷检测及其状态判断是亟待解决的关键问题之一。针对此问题,本文主研究了应用特高频与超声波局部放电方法检测SF6气体绝缘开关设备典型缺陷的相关技术,通过大量实验缺陷检测数据总结典型缺陷的发展机理及其不同发展阶段的信号特征,重点论述了GIS局部放电的检测方法,并对GIS的典型缺陷放电及其发展过程进行了试验检测与发展规律研究,给出了基于特高频和超声波检测法的检测特征谱图发展规律及诊断方法,最后引用一个GIS局部放电的典型案例进行了分析论证。
英文摘要:
      In China, above of 110kv voltage class of the grid mainly adopts SF6 gas insulated switchgear ,especially the application of GIS equipment in the power grid is more and more widely. With the increase of voltage level and system capacity,SF6 switchgear equipment internal insulation faults in the power grid probability tend to rise, thus equipment defect and state judgment is one of the key problems to be solved. Aiming at this problem, this paper mainly studies the typical defects development mechanism in SF6 gas insulated switchgear and signal characteristics of different stages of development, focusing on detection methods of SF6 switchgear partial discharge based on the Ultra high frequency and Acoustic emission detection, and conduct some tests and researches about the typical defects discharge of GIS and the development process. In the last, the Characteristic spectrum Development Law and Diagnostic methods were proposed, a typical cases of GIS partial discharge are analyzed.
