      随着智能电网的发展,快速、准确、自愈性强的现代智能电网自动管理控制方法将极大促进电网自动化、智能化的发展。IEC61850可为智能电网的自动化提供统一的标准,实现设备的即插即用和互操作。为此本文提出了不同控制层间的信息分层方法,建立了含有直流输电接入的设备模型和信息交换模型,提出了智能电网中的遥控、遥测等以及控制保护系统的服务映射原理,通过IEC61850可有效提高智能电网自动化的可行性、可操作性和稳健性。
英文摘要:
      With the development of power system, rapid, accuracy and strong self-healing automation management for modern smart grid will greatly enhance the automation and intelligence of power grid. IEC61850 can support a uniform standard for smart grid and achieve the plug and play and interoperability for devices. Therefore, an information laying approach between different control laying is presented in this paper. And information exchange model and devices models including HVDC system are built. Then remote control and measurement, and mapping principle of control and protection system are discussed and analyzed. IEC 61850 can effectively enhance the feasibility, operability and robustness for smart grid.
