      配电系统中一般已知三相电压以及三相功率潮流,不能测出负载端中性点偏移电压,而在建立并求解三相电源电流数学模型的前提是必须已知中性点偏移电压。提出一种根据平衡补偿法测量中性点电压偏移量,采用在不对称三相电流情况下,依据此时中性点电压为零得出对应不对称负载。针对该不对称负载采用并联补偿装置进行补偿,求得补偿后系统平衡电流和平衡阻抗。由不对称负载和补偿电抗的星三角变换对不对称负载进行修正,依据补偿前不对称电流等于负载电流为条件重复迭代计算精确求出不对称负载,并求得中性点电压偏移量。这样在测出负载中性点电压偏移量的同时系统功率因数也得到了补偿。依据广东某一变电站为例,计算并用Matlab仿真证明了该方法的正确性。

      Three-phase voltage and power flow can be given and load side neutral point voltage offset cannot be measured in the substation, but establish and solve the three-phase power supply current mathematical model in the premise must be known neutral point voltage offset. Come up a balance compensation method to measurement the neutral point voltage offset. Use under the condition of asymmetrical three-phase current. On the basis of the neutral point voltage of zero corresponds to obtain the asymmetric load. Then, a parallel compensator is used to compensate for the unbalanced load. By asymmetric load and compensation reactance of star delta transformation of asymmetric load is modified, and then on the basis of compensation of asymmetric current is equal to the load current conditions are repeated iteratively calculated accurately calculate unsymmetrical load and the neutral point voltage offset is obtained. In this way, the system power factor is compensated. Based on the case of a substation in Guangdong, the correctness of the method is proved by Matlab simulation.
