      高压电能计量装置一般采用误差分配的方法进行管理和配置,间接控制其整体误差限值。本文介绍了高压电能计量装置整体误差直接测量系统的结构和原理,应用该系统直接测量一套10kV、100A高压电能计量装置的整体误差,并将测量结果与综合误差法的计算结果进行了计量比对。结果表明该系统能够准确测量高压电能计量装置的整体误差,与综合误差计算法相比具有直接、快速、准确的特点,能够降低高压电能计量装置误差性能在实际运行中的不确定性。
英文摘要:
      The method of error distribution is used in the management and configuration of high voltage power metering device to control the overall error limits indirectly. This paper introduces the structure and principle of the direct measurement system of the whole error of high voltage power metering device. The whole error of a set of 10kV and 100A high voltage power metering device is directly measured by the system. And the measurement results are compared with the calculation results of the comprehensive error method. The results show that the system can accurately measure the whole error of high voltage power metering device. Compared with the method of comprehensive error calculation, it has the characteristics of direct, fast and accurate and can reduce the uncertainty of the error of high voltage power metering device in actual operation.
