      本文针对电能表自动检定流水线故障特点,构建了以模糊推理为基础的故障诊断专家系统。给出了专家系统的结构,设计了以模糊关系矩阵为核心的知识库,构造了符合实际的征兆隶属函数,选用加权平均模型进行模糊推理,设定两级阈值对推理结果进行综合评判。诊断实例结果与实际情况相符,验证了该专家系统的有效性。
英文摘要:
      By analyzing the fault features of the auto-verification line for electricity meters, this paper develops a fault diagnosis expert system based on fuzzy theory. The structure of the expert system is introduced which has a knowledge base designed on fuzzy relationship matrix. According to the working conditions, this paper designs a fuzzy membership function to describe the symptoms. Two level thresholds are used in fuzzy evaluation of the results produced by the weighted average model. A practical example shows an acceptable result which proves that this expert system is effective.
