      孤岛检测时极易因电网扰动的干扰而不能准确将孤岛效应检测出来,因此本文提出了一种无有功功率扰动的孤岛与扰动辨识方法。该方法是在检测到公共耦合点电压波动后,通过注入周期性无功电流扰动,利用小波分析提取流过本地负载的无功功率的特征分量后,用SVM进行孤岛与扰动的辨识。通过仿真实验证明该方法能准确辨识孤岛与电网扰动。
英文摘要:
      Due to disturbance, islanding can’t be accurately detected, so this paper proposes a new disturbance islanding and disturbance identification method without active power disturbance. When the voltage fluctuation is detected at the point of common coupling, a periodic reactive current as a disturbance component is applied. The characteristic component of reactive power through local load is extracted by wavelet analysis, is identify between islanding and disturbance using SVM. The simulation results show that the method can accurately identify the islanding and grid disturbance.
