      新型城镇化的建设与电力行业发展息息相关,研究城镇化发展对电网企业运营的影响十分重要。本文针对城镇化发展对电网公司运营的影响评价模型进行研究,建立了一套新型城镇化发展对电网公司运营影响的评价指标体系,提出了一种基于AHP-熵权法与云重心理论的综合评价方法。以某省8个地市的实际数据为例,对本文提出的城镇化发展对电网公司运营的影响评价模型进行计算验证。算例结果表明,城镇化发展对电网公司运营影响的综合评价结果与城镇化率的发展趋势大体一致;同时也验证了本文提出的新型城镇化发展对电网公司运营的影响评价模型是可行的,有良好的实用价值。
英文摘要:
      The construction of new urbanization is closely related to the development of electric power industry. The research on the influence of urbanization development to the operation of power grid enterprises is very important. In this paper, we focus on the impact of urbanization development on the operation of the power grid, establish a new type of urbanization development of the power grid operation "s evaluation index system and raise a new method based on AHP- entropy weight and cloud focus theory. Taking actual data of eight cities of the certain province as example, we calculate and validate the urbanization development of power grid operation"s business impact assessment model. The results show that the comprehensive evaluation of the impact of urbanization development on the operation of the power grid operation and the development trend of the urbanization rate is roughly consistent. At the same time, it also proves that the new type urbanization development in this paper is feasible to the impact assessment model of power grid operation and has good practical value.
