      本文针对电力系统中无功补偿的需要,提出了一种高速开关与功率二极管并联的混合式中高压开关,来解决在电力系统中投切无功补偿电容器组所产生的暂态涌流和过电压问题。介绍了混合式开关的基本结构和工作原理,并详细分析了在整个投切过程中混合式开关具体的电流转移过程,以及如何利用二极管的自然过零特性来与高速开关动作配合。建立了暂态模型进行仿真验证和实验验证。与普通真空开关对比,验证了混合式开关对于投切电容器组暂态过程的抑制,并针对不同电容器组的连接方式进行了投切策略的讨论。结果证明,利用混合式中高压开关在投切无功补偿电容器组时,可以极大减小所产生的涌流和过电压,验证了混合式开关的有效性和可靠性。
英文摘要:
      In this paper,according to the need of reactive power compensation of power system. A novel medium voltage switch with diode and high speed switch(HSS) in parallel connection is presented. It is to solve the problem of inrush current and over voltage when interruption and making capacitor bank used in reactive power compensation of power system.This paper introduce the basic structure of hybrid-switch and its principle. Analyzed the hole process of current commutation in the hybrid-switch and the diode during the interruption and making in detail and how to use the diode’s feature of natural zero crossing point to allow the HSS cooperate. The transient model is built to simulate and the experiment to verify. Compare with traditional vacuum switch, the simulation test results show that the hybrid middle-high voltage switch reduce the inrush current and over voltage. This paper also discuss the control strategy for different connections of capacitor bank. The result show that the hybrid switch can effectively reduce inrush current and over voltage during the interruption and making capacitor bank. Then it verifies the effectiveness and the reliability of hybrid middle-high voltage switch.
