      针对在多通道气伺服数字控制系统中既要保证多路采集精度又要满足控制速度的要求对数据采集的开关速度相关问题进行了研究并设计了电路。首先分析了目前最新工艺的模拟复用器和模拟开关的模型参数及结构,计算分析单极性模拟开关导通电阻与等效电容和建立时间的关系,为计算开关速度提供依据。然后,研究了具有采样保持的模拟开关传输影响及优化原则,并计算分析了多路开关的建立时间。最后根据研究结果提出了模拟开关设计应用原则,结合应用要求选择ADG508多路模拟开关应用于多通道高速高精度气伺服控制器的数据采集电路,设计了总体电路,滤波电路,模拟开关电路及CPLD驱动ADC驱动电路等。实验室和现场测试表明,满足精度为0.05%,采集速度最大能够达到20ksps的采样率
英文摘要:
      In order to meet the demand of high speed and high precision in the multi-channel pneumatic system, the problems of on-off speed in data acquisition and its characteristics were investigated. First, parameters and structures of the state-of-the-art multiplexer model were introduced evaluated by calculating and analyzing the relationship among on resistance, equivalent capacitance and setup time of the single polarity multiplexer. The analysis results provide the bases for determining the on-off speed. Second, the transmission effect of sample-and-hold circuit and the principle of optimization were examined by analyzing the settling time of a multiplexer. Last, the design standards were proposed based on the aforementioned results. According to the application requirements, ADG508 Multiplexer was chosen to develop a multi-channel, high-speed and high-precision data acquisition circuit of a pneumatic servo controller, including filter circuit, multiplexer and CPLD-based ADC drive. Laboratory and field tests were conducted and results indicate that the maximum sampling speed is up to 20ksps under the condition of 0.05% precision.
