      家庭用户作为整个电网的重要组成部分,家庭中智能用电的实现是智能电网实现的基础。家庭用电策略的研究是将用户的用电行为习惯与电网侧分时电价政策相结合,建立以家庭用电设备的启动时间为决策变量,以家庭总用电费用最少为优化目标的优化模型。选择SAE云计算平台为用户群体设计了日常生活可触及的网站平台,并选用遗传算法对策略优化求解,最终可将家庭智能用电的人机交互界面、所求优化结果等展示在此网站,方便用户查询最优的电器使用方案,方便用户浏览并可智能控制各类家用电器的启停情况。
英文摘要:
      The home users as the important part of power grid,intelligentSelectricity is the based of the intelligent power system. The household electricity strategy is combined the user’s electricity planning and the TOU price information of the Power Grid Corp,taken the start time of electricity equipment as the decision variables and the minimum household electricity costs as a optimization goal,established the household electricity planning model. Choiced the SAE Cloud Computing Platform for the groups designed the ordinary accessible web platform,and the choice of geneticSalgorithm for solving optimization strategies,eventually the HCI, and the optimization Results can be appeared on this site,for the users browsing and query the optimal electrical scheme,real-time adjustment of electricity behavior so that reducing the electricity cost effectively.
