      针对传统配电网静止同步补偿器补偿容量小、冲击电流大等问题,本文提出基于模块化多电平逆变器的三相四线制配电网静止同步补偿器(D-STATCOM)。首先分析了MMC-DSTATCOM的拓扑结构和等效模型,叠加有功电流平衡直流侧电压和根据充放电关系保证子模块电压,同时考虑环流抑制,叠加二倍频电压消除环流影响,得出了利用载波移相技术实现等效输出端电压输出,从而实现对配电网的综合补偿效果,最后利用Matlab/Simuilink环境中搭建模型进行仿真分析,证实所提方法的有效性和可行性。

      In view of the traditional distribution static synchronous compensator compensation capacity is small, the problem such as impact current is big, in this paper, based on modular multilevel inverter three phase four wire system distribution static synchronous compensator (DSTATCOM) was proposed. Firstly analyzes the MMC - the topology structure and the equivalent model of DSTATCOM, superposition of dc side voltage active current balance and according to the relationship between charge and discharge to ensure child module voltage, at the same time consider circulation inhibition, double frequency voltage to eliminate circulation effect, by using carrier phase shift technique was concluded that the equivalent output voltage of the output, so as to realize the comprehensive compensation effect of power distribution network, the final use of Matlab/Simuilink environment to build model for the simulation analysis, confirmed the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
