      由于变电站计量装置繁多、接线方式复杂,造成电度表二次回路故障现场排查工作难度很大。为了克服这一难题,本文针对电度表的故障情况进行了分析并提出了一种故障辨识方法。为了保证故障分析的客观性和全面性,基于实际运行数据归纳总结了常见的故障类型,并结合相量图推导出三相四线制和三相三线制电度表正常显示电量和故障后显示电量的函数关系。为了提高现场排查工作效率,基于电度表故障分析结果和母线平衡报表的电量数据对故障进行预判,在现场排查前找出可能出现的故障表及故障类型。最后,通过实际算例计算,验证了所提方法的有效性。
英文摘要:
      Since the large number of substation metering devices and the complex wiring, the troubleshooting work of meter secondary circuit is very difficult. To overcome this problem, meter faults are analyzed and a fault identification method is proposed. In order to ensure the objectivity and comprehensiveness of failure analysis, the common types of failure are summarized based on actual operating data, and the functions of normal power and fault power of three-phase four-wire and three-phase three-wire meter are deduced by phasor diagrams. In order to improve the efficiency of site investigation work, based on electricity meter data, the fault is anticipation, which means that the fault meter and fault type are found before the site investigation. Finally, a numerical example is presented to verify the validity of the method.
