      电能表用磁保持继电器的可靠性对用户的用电设备和配电网有重要影响。根据电能表用磁保持继电器的工作特点,提出机械可靠性和电气可靠性采用失效率作为其可靠性特征量,短路可靠性采用成功率作为其可靠性特征量,明确各可靠性的考核指标。本文阐明了电能表用磁保持继电器机械可靠性、电气可靠性、短路可靠性的试验环境和试验方法,在研究失效率和成功率抽检特性的基础上,提出了三类可靠性的试验抽样方案及试验程序,规定了有可靠性指标的电能表用磁保持继电器的定级、维持和升级试验程序。
英文摘要:
      The reliability of latching relay in meter has important influence on electricity equipment and distribution grid of users. According to the features of latching relay used in meter, that mechanical reliability and electrical reliability using failure rate as its reliability characteristic quantity, short circuit reliability with success rate as its reliability characteristic quantity are proposed, the reliability evaluation indices are clear. The test environment and test method of mechanical reliability, electrical reliability and short circuit reliability of latching relay used in meter are explained. On the basis of studying the sampling observation characteristics of failure rate and success rate, the test sampling scheme and test procedure of three kinds of reliability are put forward, the test procedures of grading, maintenance and upgrade are specified.
