      针对目前低压微型断路器不能远程分合闸的问题,设计了一种电机式智能微型断路器控制系统。本文介绍了设计该控制系统的必要性,提出了控制系统的整体设计方案和设计原理,对控制系统低功耗MCU设计、待机电源设计等关键技术进行了研究和实现,对系统的控制流程、状态检测及反馈流程进行了简要说明。功能验证试验表明,该智能微型断路器控制系统完全符合国内相关标准要求,能实现完整的分合闸控制和状态反馈功能,具有很强的应用价值和推广价值。
英文摘要:
      In view of the present problem that low voltage miniature circuit breaker can"t remotely switch, we design a kind of intelligent motor type miniature circuit breaker control system. This paper introduces the necessity designing the control system, puts forward the overall design scheme and design principle of control system, we study and implement the system key techniques such as low power consumption MCU control design and the standby power supply design, etc. the control flow, state detection and feedback process of the system are briefly explained. Functional verification test shows that the intelligent miniature circuit breaker control system completely conforms to the requirements of the domestic relevant standards, can completely achieve the points switching control and state feedback functions, and has great application value and promotional value.
