      为减小电动汽车的充电行为对区域配电网的影响,即降低减少配电网负荷峰值的增加,本文综合考虑了不同用户类型的电动汽车在居民小区,政府部门和商业负荷三中不同类型用电负荷的行驶规律,停车规律,充电需求等,以实现整个区域配电网削峰填谷为目标,提出了一种在V2G模式下,通过分时电价引导不同负荷类型的电动汽车从时间和空间上双重互补进行有序充电。以蒙特卡洛方法模拟多台电动汽车充电的负荷容量模型在分时电价的引导下进行有序充放电,并通过IEEE RBTS-5系统的第1,2条10kV线路验证了时空互补有序充电的方法对区域配电网母线总负荷达到削峰填谷的有效性。
英文摘要:
      For reduce the influence of electric vehicle charging behavior of regional distribution network, that is, to reduce peak distribution network load increases, considering the different types of users of electric vehicles in the residential area, different types of government departments and commercial load third rule of electric load driving, parking rules, charging demand, to achieve region wide distribution network peak clipping fill valley, is put forward for the A in V2G mode, through time-sharing price guide of different types of load of electric vehicles from time and space dual complementary orderly charging. By Monte Carlo method simulation load capacity model of a plurality of electric car charging the price under the guidance of orderly charging and discharging, and through the IEEE RBTS-5 system of article 1,2 10kV line to verify the space-time complementary charge ordered method of regional total distribution network bus load to cut a peak to fill valley effective.
