      特高压变电站已成为我国电力系统中的关键枢纽,因此对雷击损坏的监测和预防至关重要,本文提出一种分布式暂态过电压在线监测技术,该技术将暂态过电压监测设备嵌入于高性能EMC设计的户外柜中并将户外柜就近安置于被测一次设备附近,有效解决了远距离铺设信号电缆造成的信号干扰和失真的问题。系统采用分布式系统架构和分析技术,将局域网络内各测点过电压数据依据IEC61850传输协议进行汇总,通过后台软件可实现对各测点过电压波形的大数据分析,分析结果可为分析过电压故障和提高一次设备绝缘防护水平提供有效依据。研究成果在贵阳龙山变电站和龙里变电站中得到了成功应用,成功监测到了该区域电网内的电过电压故障并进行了故障定位和故障分析功能,有效验证了系统的可行性和实用性。研究成果后又在武汉交流特高压试验基地进行了安装和应用,成功采集到了特高压GIS一次设备分合闸操作过电压波形,验证了户外柜EMC设计在特高压变电站运行的可靠性和稳定性。
英文摘要:
      The UHV Substations have become the key hub of the power system in China, so it is essential for the monitoring and prevention of lightning damage. We proposed a new mode of distributed transient overvoltage on-line monitoring technology, The transient overvoltage monitoring device is embedded in the design of high performance EMC outdoor cabinet and the outdoor cabinet will be placed nearby the equipment, which effectively solves the problem of signal interference and distortion caused by long distance laying signal cable. System using distributed system architecture and analysis technology, which summary the overvoltage data in each local-area network measuring point based on IEC 61850 protocol, through the backstage software we can realize the analysis of large data and analysis results, which can be used for the analysis of fault voltage and can provide effective basis to improve the equipment insulation protection level. The research results has been successfully applied in Guiyang Longshan substation and Longli substation, successfully monitored the electric overvoltage fault in the regional power grid and the fault location and fault analysis were also conducted, which verified the feasibility and practicality of the system. Research results were also installed and applied in Wuhan UHV AC Test Basement, the UHV GIS equipment switch operating overvoltage waveform were successfully collected, which verify the reliability and stability of the outdoor cabinet EMC design used in the UHV substation operation.
