      针对特高压交流线路下方交叉跨越的110kV线路停运检修时可能出现感应电,对检修人员人身安全造成威胁的问题,本文对浙江金华境内110kV交跨线路的感应电压和电流进行了现场实测,线路上产生的静电感应电压可达12.34kV。提出对被感应线路进行分段,利用matlab编程计算每一段的感应电压,最后叠加得到线路上感应电压的方法,计算结果表明:计算结果与实测结果非常接近,表明此种计算方法满足精度要求;交跨距离或交跨角度增大时,感应电压和电流会逐渐减小,实际工程中应尽量增大距离或角度,以减弱线路间的感应作用;为保证人身安全,线路检修时应将两侧变电站地刀接地,同时还需要在工作点两侧挂接临时接地线。
英文摘要:
      The induced electricity of 110kV transmission lines which cross the UHV AC transmission lines may threaten personal safety of the maintenance staff. In this paper, field measurement of the induced voltage and induced current on an 110kV crossing line inside Jinhua in Zhejiang province is performed. The electrostatic induced voltage on the measured line is 12.24kV. We put forward the method of induction line segments, using MATLAB program to calculate each section of induction voltage and finally the overlay get line induced voltage. The calculation results show that the calculated results and the measured results very close, indicates that this method can meet the requirements of precision; cross distance or cross angle increases, the induction voltage and current will decrease gradually, the engineering should try to increase the distance or angle, to weaken the line between the inductive effect. In order to ensure the safety of the people, Grounding knife switches in both sides of the substation should be grounded during line maintenance, and temporary ground wire should be connected to both sides of the working point.
