      设备的电气故障是连续生产型企业生产中出现异常问题的原因之一。故障发生后需要对故障的责任进行识别和划分,同时对发生故障的设备进行定位。目前已存在的解决故障定位问题的矩阵算法并不完全适用,针对实际问题,采用改进矩阵算法解决问题,对节点定义进行改进,相应的也改进了网络描述矩阵和故障信息矩阵,并通过网络描述矩阵和故障信息矩阵得到故障判断矩阵,从故障判断矩阵判中确定故障的发生位置。将此方法运用到某焦化企业中,解决了实际企业生产中遇到的问题。
英文摘要:
      Electrical equipment fault is one of the reasons that lead to abnormal conditions that continual production enterprises encounter during production. When fault occurs, we need to identify the fault responsibility and locate the position where the fault occurs. The previous matrix algorithm that used for solving fault location is not suitable for this problem. Regarding the practical problem, this paper puts forward an improved matrix algorithm, and improves node definition, corresponding improves network description matrix and fault information matrix, also can get fault judgment matrix from network description matrix and fault information matrix, by fault judgment matrix can get location of the fault occurred. By using this method, one coking enterprise solves the practical problem encountered during production.
