      配电自动化系统是保证配电网安全可靠运行的重要工具,随着配电自动化系统的日益普及,越来越多的配电自动化系统已投入运行,但是关于对配电自动化运行状态的综合评价却鲜有研究。本文结合层次分析法与模糊评价方法,通过分析配电自动化运行评价指标,建立了适合城市配电自动化运行特征的综合评价体系,分别从主站、配电终端与通信网络三个方面对配电自动化运行情况进行评价,并以天津某配电自动化实际统计数据对评价体系进行分析,结果证明本方法能够真实体现配电自动化运行状况,可以作为配电自动化运行实用化评价手段和运维依据。
英文摘要:
      Distribution automation system is an important tool to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the power distribution network. With the increasing popularity of distribution automation system, more and more of the distribution automation system has been put into operation, but comprehensive evaluation on the operation of the power distribution automation is rarely studied. Combined with analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method, the comprehensive evaluation system for urban distribution automation system is established by the analysis of distribution automation operation evaluation indicators, and operation of distribution automation is evaluated from the three aspects of master station, distribution terminal and communication network. Actual statistical data from a power distribution automation system in Tianjin is analyzed. The results show that the method can reflect the real distribution automation operation, can be used as distribution automation operation practical evaluation means and operation and maintenance.
