      在数字电能计量系统中,数字化电能表的准确度关乎电能计量的可靠性和公平性,必须对其进行校验。关于数字化电能表的国家标准与国网公司企业标准刚出台不久,目前还没有一套比较完整的数字表准确度校验方案。本文在已有标准的基础上,提出了瓦秒法与标准表法相结合的误差测试方法,其测量准确度高、稳定性与可靠性强,且标准电能算法配置灵活,能在高速下实现复杂运算。所研究的校验装置经检定满足0.05级准确度要求,其不仅能完成标准规定的校验项目,还能根据数字表的特点更全面地对其准确度进行校验。
英文摘要:
      In the digital power metering system, the accuracy of the digital electric energy meter must be calibrated as it is related to the reliability and fairness of energy measurement. National standard and State Grid’s enterprise standard for digital meter are issued not long ago. At present, there is no complete calibration program for digital meter. In this paper, an error testing method is proposed based on the combination of watt-second method and standard meter method according to the newly published standards, which has high accuracy, stability and reliability. Moreover, the standard energy algorithm can be adjusted more flexibly and perform complex operations at high speed. The researched device can reach 0.05 precision class via verification. Generally speaking, it can not only complete all the tests required by the standards, but also calibrate the accuracy more comprehensively according to the characteristics of the digital electrical energy meter.
