      短时过电流试验是评价电气设备耐受瞬时大电流能力的重要试验项目,对于评价电气设备实际运行中的安全性能具有重要的意义。本文通过具体实例,基于电流钳和数字示波器试验设备,提出一种校准短时过电流试验设备的方法,并详细地评定测量不确定度,为短时过电流试验的顺利开展提供技术依据。
英文摘要:
      Short time over current effect experiment is significant on testing electrical device’s capability of tolerating instantaneous large current, and both on calibrating smart meter’s working performance. Our paper propose a novel approach of calibrating the short time over current experiment approach by using current clamp and digital oscilloscope, and describe the method of evaluating measurement uncertainly. This approach, which the calibration precision and uniformity are confirmed through result comparison, can provide important technology base for short time over current effect experiment.
