      日趋专业化隐蔽化的窃电手段使得防窃电工作的难度增大,为此提出了一种防窃电仿真试验平台的设计与实现方案,该仿真试验平台主要由带窃电模拟装置的计量单元、集中控制系统和防窃电产品检测系统三部分构成。仿真试验平台基于现场用户计量环境,设置了专变高供高计用户、专变高供低计用户、公变、低压三相用户及低压单相用户等多个计量单元。可模拟复现多种典型窃电方式,并能开展防窃电产品检测及防窃电策略的验证工作,为防窃电技术发展提供的有力的工具。
英文摘要:
      The increasingly specialized covert means of tampering that increases the difficulty of the work of anti power stealing, Considering this problem, a design and implementation solution of anti power stealing simulation platform was proposed, The simulation platform was composed of stealing metering unit with simulation devices, centralized control system and anti power stealing products testing system. Based on user’s metering environment, different metering units were built, including high voltage metering unit for special transformer high voltage power supply system, low voltage metering unit for special transformer high voltage power supply system, public transformer metering unit, low voltage three phase metering unit and low voltage single phase metering unit.The platform was capable of simulating typical power stealing methods, testing anti power stealing products and verifying anti power stealing strategies, it provides a powerful tool for the development of anti power stealing technology .
