      针对开关柜高温故障问题,分析了现有开关柜温度检测方法存在的不足。通过研究标签的结构和天线特性,设计了一种柔性抗金属UHF RFID温度标签,并以该温度标签为基础,设计了超高频阅读器、无线中继器及系统软件,搭建了开关柜温度监测系统。系统在冀北张家口供电公司赵川220kV变电站实验验证,证明了系统可以根据温度标签的EPC编码精准定位被测点、温度标签无电池或爬电安全隐患且能真实反应被测点温度,系统具有复制统推意义。
英文摘要:
      Aiming at the problem of high temperature fault of switch cabinet, we analyzed the deficiency of the existing temperature measurement method. We designed a kind of flexible anti-metal UHF RFID temperature tag by studying the structure and characteristics of the tag, and designed a UHF reader, a wireless repeater, and the software of the system, then built a switch cabinet temperature monitoring system based on the temperature tags. The system was verificated in 220kV electricity substation of Zhangjiakou electrical power company at zhaochuan. It proved that, the system could locate the measured point precisely by the EPC code of temperature tag. Temperature tags could reflect the real measured temperature without hidden security danger. The system has unified generalization significance.
