      针对处于偶然故障期的I/O卡件,其寿命服从指数分布,故障率为一常数,故障率主要受环境温度的影响。以温度为协变量,建立比例故障率模型。基于研发的DCS各系统可靠性监测系统,统计分析获取不同温度下I/O卡件的故障率。采用稳健回归中M-估计对模型参数进行估计,定量分析,校正故障率。实例分析表明,该模型具备表征实际故障率的能力,可为DCS故障诊断、寿命管理及预防性检修提供依据。
英文摘要:
      For the fortuitous failure period of I/O card, its life obey exponential distribution,the failure rate that is mainly affected by the temperature is a constant.With the temperature as the covariable,a failure rate model was proposed based on proportional hazard model in this paper.Based on the research and development of DCS system reliability monitoring system,statistical analysis to obtain the failure rate of the I/O card at different temperatures.The M-estimation in robust regression is used to estimate the parameters of the model and the failure rate is analyzed qualitatively and the failure rate is corrected.The example analysis shows that the model have the ability to represent the actual failure rate,which can provide evidence for fault diagnosis of DCS,life management and preventive maintenance.
