The emergency reliability of distribution network is one of the important indicators to measure the reliability of power supply, and is an important part of strong power grid. To accurately reflect the level of the capability, the article introduces a comprehensive evaluation method based on reformative grey clustering method. The characteristics of distribution network repair technology is analyzed, using AHP to establish evaluation index system, and the dimensionless methods and information entropy theory were introduced to determine the index and weight. Based on the improvement of conventional whitening weight functions, an evaluation model based on reformative grey clustering evaluation method is established. Combined with the actual situation, the distribution network emergency reliability is analyzed comprehensively. Finally, the case using radar chart and SPSS software show that the reformative method has higher reliability, and put forward some corresponding suggestions for improvement with actual conditions. It has directive significance for the comparison and competition of different distribution network emergency reliability, as well as the improvement of automation level of distribution network.
