      正常运行中的电力变压器的振动主要来自于变压器铁芯和绕组的振动,振动信号中包含了丰富的能够表征变压器状态的信息。本文在1台10/0.4kV三相双绕组电力变压器中设铁芯松动、绕组松动、绕组幅向错位故障,利用基频、幅值、主频率、频率比重以及频谱复杂度等振动特征量,研究了变压器绕组在上述故障条件下油箱表面的振动变化规律。研究结果表明,三种故障条件下的频谱复杂度均会降低,绕组松动和铁芯松动中的振动基频会升高,绕组错位中的基频振动会降低。本文的结论对基于振动信号分析法的电力变压器诊断具有借鉴意义。
英文摘要:
      The vibration of power transformer on oil tank, which mainly comes from the vibration of core and winding, contains rich information to demonstrate transformer mechanical condition. This paper using vibration characteristics like the vibration eigenvalues in spectrum, the proportion of frequency, the maximum amplitude of vibration spectrum and the complexity of vibration spectrum to research transformer tank vibration under certain faults. In the lab, faults like core looseness, winding looseness and displacement in radial direction of winding were set in a 10/0.4 kV three phases power transformer. The conclusion shows that the complexity of vibration spectrum decreases at all above there faults, amplitude of fundamental frequency increases at core and winding loose and decreases at displacement in radial direction of winding fault. The conclusion of this paper may make contributions to the condition monitoring technology of transformer.
