      针对城市电网中海量智能电表现场超差核准工作的费时费力而查找缺陷针对性不强的实际情况,本文介绍了一种智能电网状态在线检验评价指标及其在线平台设计方案,为在线运行的智能电表缺陷检查和运行维护提供有力依据。首先,分析了智能电表状态检验的影响因素,详细阐述了智能电表状态检验评价指标体系;其次,设计了智能电表在线检测评价平台的系统架构和业务流程;最后,通过天津市一个城区的实际案例,验证了评价指标和在线系统的适用性,以期为智能电表的精益化运维提供一定的参考价值。
英文摘要:
      According to the real situation of over-error approved work of mass smart meters in city grid, which is time-consuming and less defects well-directed, this paper introduce an online platform development and evaluation indexes of state inspection for smart meters, which can provide a strong basic for the maintenance and operation of smart meters. Firstly, it analysis the influencing factors of state inspection of smart meter, and elaborates the evaluation indexes of state inspection of smart meters. Secondly, the online inspection and evaluation system is discussed from the second aspects of system architecture and business flow. Finally, a case of Tianjin City verifies the applicability of the evaluation indexes and online system, in order to provide a certain reference for the lean operation and maintenance of smart meters.
