      我国风电并网规模逐年增大,高渗透率下的风电功率波动威胁电网的运行安全,同时电网调节能力不足导致“弃风限电”问题升级。在风电场配置混合储能系统可有效平抑功率波动并缓解弃风问题。本文基于风电场功率波动与限风数据的统计特性,分别确定功率型储能系统所需平抑的波动分量和能量型储能系统多场景工作划分原则。提出一种综合考虑风电功率波动平抑效果、减少弃风的经济效益与储能工程总投入成本的混合储能系统优化配置方法。最后通过算例分析表明,此方法可确保风电场最大功率波动10min不超装机容量15%的前提下有效减少弃风,且收获较好的经济效益,从而验证其有效性与经济性
英文摘要:
      With increasing penetration of wind power in China,the wind power variation can degrade the grid operation safety,dispatching ability restricts the wind power grid,causing wind curtailment in large area and even endangering safety of power grid.Allocating energy storage system can decrease wind curtailment and improve the economic benefits of wind farm. Firstly, this paper analyzed wind power fluctuation and power curtailment characteristics data and determined fluctuating component and principle of scene division by the statistical result. Meanwhile,considering the power fluctuations smoothing, power benefit by reduced wind curtailment,investment cost.Finally,this paper solved the model by using optimization algorithm to determine the capacity of the hybrid energy storage system.Case study results show that wind power fluctuation under 10 minutes will be limited to 20% of installed capacity and reduced wind curtailment as well. It also verified the economical efficiency and feasibility of the proposed method.
