      针对用电现场复杂多变的供电电压变化情况,本文深入研究了可用于智能电网建设的用电信息采集系统现场停电诊断优化技术,提出了现场停电诊断优化策略及多设备二维时间差复合判断算法,实现采集终端对自身停上电数据和电能表停上电数据进行比对的功能,判断停电事件的属性并上报系统主站。试验结果表明,遵循该功能要求进行设计的采集终端能够根据采集终端和电能表记录的停上电数据准确判断本次停电事件的属性,向系统主站上报正确的判断结果,满足设计要求。
英文摘要:
      In view of the complex change of the variable power supply voltage, this paper lucubrates optimization method of advanced metering infrastructure outage site diagnosis which is available for the construction of strong smart grid, put forward optimization strategy for diagnosis at the scene of an outage and multiple equipment two-dimensional delta-T judgmental algorithm. The outage diagnosis function based on the comparison between outage and resumption data of acquisition terminal and smart meter is realized, which could judge the attribute of outage incident and report to the master station. The test results show that, acquisition terminal designed to follow the functional requirements can accurately judge the attribute of the outage incident based on outage and resumption data of acquisition terminal and smart meter, and report correct judgment result to master station, meeting design requirement.
