      随着电网规模和电力需求的不断增大,控制电网的短路电流水平已成为急需解决的问题。本文提出了一种具有串补功能的故障电流限制器,由电容器、电力电子器件控制的旁路电感、串联电感等组成。该装置在系统正常运行时可调节输电线路等效电抗值,提高系统传输能力;系统故障后,可以快速投入旁路电感限制短路电流。以2017年安徽省电网规划运行数据为基础,研究了故障电流限制器在短路电流超标的变电站中的应用点,搭建了仿真模型,仿真结果表明该装置可有效地抑制短路电流,缓解故障引起的电压暂降问题。
英文摘要:
      The increasing scale and demand of the power grid makes the effective control of the short-circuit current level of the power grid a problem that must be solved. A fault current limiter with series compensation function is proposed, which consists of capacitor, inductor controlled by power electronic device and series inductance. When the system is in normal operation, it can adjust the equivalent reactance value of the transmission line and improve the transmission capacity of the system. After the system failure, the bypass inductance can limit the short circuit current rapidly. Based on the planning and operation data of 2017 Anhui power grid, the application position of the fault current limiter is studied in substation with excessive current. The simulation model is built, and the simulation results show that FCL can suppress short - circuit current effectively and improve the bus voltage during the fault.
