      配网自动化系统是主动配电网实现自愈控制的关键,而智能终端(DTU)为其核心设备。在集中式配网自动化系统中FTU只有监测和控制功能,主站与终端间配合过于依赖通信网络,一旦通信网络异常就难以实现配电网故障隔离和恢复供电。本文结合智能分布式配网自动化技术设计了一种适用于主动配电网系统的配电智能终端(DTU),在原有FTU监测、控制功能的基础上,增加线路保护功能,就地实现故障隔离及恢复供电。文中针对主动配电网的特点,提出了改进差动保护方案和自适应整定策略,并通过Matlab/Simulink仿真建模验证了该终端的工作效果,对智能分布式配网自动化系统的研究具有重要的指导意义。
英文摘要:
      Distribution network automation system is the key to realize self-healing control of active power distribution network, and intelligent terminal (DTU) is the core equipment. In the centralized distribution network automation system, FTU has only monitor and control function, the main station and the terminal are too dependent on the communication network, once the communication network is in trouble, it is difficult to realize the distribution network fault isolation and restoration of power supply. In this paper, design a distribution intelligent terminal which is suitable for active distribution network system based on intelligent distributed distribution network automation technology, it is based on the original FTU monitoring and control functions, adding line protection function, in place to achieve the fault isolation and restoration of power supply. According to the characteristics of active distribution network this paper put forward the improvement scheme and adaptive differential protection setting strategy, the terminal working method has been verified by the Matlab/Simulink simulation model and it has important guiding significance to the study of intelligent distributed automation system.
