      采用Crowbar 保护电路可以极大地提高双馈式风电系统的低电压穿越能力(LVRT)。本文建立了双馈风力发电机(DFIG)的数学模型,对IGBT型Crowbar保护电路关键参数——卸能电阻最优值范围进行研究。并通过Matlab/Simulink搭建了变速恒频DFIG风力发电系统模型,仿真表明当电网电压大幅度跌落时采取Crowbar 保护电路的必要性。
英文摘要:
      The crowbar protection circuit can be greatly improved the low-voltage ride-through (LVRT) capability of the doubly-fed wind power system.This paper established the mathematical model of doubly-fed induction generator (DFIG), the model is to the key parameters of the Crowbar protection circuit based on IGBT type --Optimal discharge enable resistance value range studied.And through MATLAB / Simulink to build a model of VSCF DFIG wind power generation system. The simulation show that the necessity to take crowbar protection circuit when the grid voltage drop significantly.
