      随着电动汽车充电设施数量的日益增长,对其电性能与互操作性的检测显得特别迫切、重要。本文针对目前对充电设施电性能及互操作性的测试主要依靠人工手动检测,检测效率低下、易出现人为误差等缺陷,设计并搭建了电动汽车充电设施自动检测平台,阐述了平台设计原理及检测方法,编写了相应的检测软件,介绍了可开展的检测项目。该平台可对全系列交流充电桩及缆上控制与保护装置(IC-CPD)的电性能及互操作性进行系统的测试,自动检测并生成检测报告,检测项目可灵活地管理,设备参数配置方便,无人为读数误差,检测效率高。
英文摘要:
      With the increasing of electric vehicle charging equipment, it appears very important and impending about the inspection of performance and interoperability. Now, these inspections are mainly relayed on manual testing. Aiming at the disadvantage of low detection efficiency and Prone to human error caused by manual testing, an automatic test platform of electric vehicle charging equipment is designed and built in this paper. Besides, design principle and inspection method of automatic test platform is stated, corresponding detection software is write, and test item is introduced. The electrical performance and interoperability of A.C. charging spot and IC-CPD can be systematically tested on this platform which can automatically test charging equipment and generate report. Its test item can be expediently managed, and equipment parameters can be conveniently set. The platform has highly inspection efficiency and it has no human reading error.
