      为提高电子式电能表的运维管理效率,构建了一种基于负控终端的电子式电能表远程在线检测系统。介绍了负控终端的升级改造及应用方案,同时提出了对电子式电能表在特定负荷下实施在线检测的机制。该系统利用负控终端与被检电子式电能表输出的电能脉冲进行电能计量结果的对比,试验结果表明,其可检测出电子式电能表的电能计量性能是否处于正常范围,具有较高的检测准确性。
英文摘要:
      In order to improve the manage efficiency of electronic watt-hour meter, a remote on-line detection system for electronic watt-hour meter based on load control terminal is proposed. The upgrade design and application of load control terminal and the method of electronic watt-hour meter on-line detection under certain load are introduced. In this paper, testing results of using electric energy impulses to compare metering results of load control terminal and electronic watt-hour meter show that the system can detect whether the electronic watt-hour meter measurement performance in the normal range,and have high detection accuracy.
