      分级供电系统发生单相接地故障后,一级变电站和二级开闭站都会动作选线,大量的警报信息容易造成调度人员误判。本文提出了基于粗糙集理论的单相接地故障诊断技术,利用粗糙集理论的数据约简能力,有效整合具有相关性的信息,同时消除冗余信息,提高识别信息的快速性。另外利用粗糙集理论较强的容错能力,在诊断过程中,自动滤出并修正矛盾信息,提高诊断的准确性。本文设计了实用化的单相接地故障诊断系统,通过现场实际应用数据分析,充分验证了诊断技术的正确性。
英文摘要:
      Once the single-phase-to-ground fault occurs in the graded power supply system, the primary substation and the secondary switching stations will select the fault line, the large number of alarm information will cause the dispatcher’s misjudge. In this paper, a single-phase-to-ground fault diagnosis technique based on rough set theory is proposed, which utilizes the data reduction capability of rough set theory to effectively integrate the relevant information, and eliminate redundant information to improve the rapidity of identification information. In addition, in the process of diagnosis, strong fault tolerance of the rough set theory is used to improve the accuracy of the diagnosis by filtering out the contradictory information and correcting the contradictory information automatically. This paper designs a practical single-phase-to-ground fault diagnosis system, which verifies the correctness of the diagnosis technology by the practical application of data analysis.
