      设备效能评估对提高资产管理实效和改进运维方式,提高资产利用率具有重要作用。通过对设备板件级信息分析提取设备性能参数,综合二次设备的历史运行状态指标和设备性能参数指标建立效能评估指标体系。运用模糊综合评价算法对效能评估指标体系进行评价,采用岭形分布隶属度函数确定指标的隶属度。运用熵值法确定指标权重,能够有效地避免主观因素的干扰。通过测控装置不同状态指标评估结果的比较验证了模型的有效性。
英文摘要:
      Equipment effectiveness evaluation plays an important role in improving the effectiveness of asset management and improving the operation and maintenance mode, and improving the utilization ratio of assets. In this paper, equipment performance parameters were extracted by analyzing every piece comprehensively. Based on historical operation status and equipment performance, parameters of secondary equipment, performance evaluation index system was established. Comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method was used to evaluate the index system. Mountain shaped distribution of membership functions determined membership degrees of the indexes. Entropy method was used to determine index weight, thus effectively avoiding interference of subjective factors. Validity of the model is verified by comparing results of different state indexes of measurement and control devices.
