      随着电力用户数量不断的增加,智能电能表的应用呈几何式的增长,目前采用的现场检验的方式存在着作业模式简单、异常发现周期长、无效工作繁多、故障发现及时性差等问题。基于决策树群的多维电能表状态检验技术可有效地解决这些问题,本文基于决策树群异常诊断模型对电能表状态检验系统进行设计,实现电能表运行状况的全面、智能、精准的检测与维护,降低人力、物力等经济成本,解决现场校验不足、校验无目标等问题,提高电网运行的科学性与有效性。
英文摘要:
      With the continuous increase in the number of electricity users, the application of smart energy meter was geometric growth. At present, there are some problems such as simple operation mode, long anomaly discovery period, invalid work, and poor timeliness of fault detection .Based on decision tree group of multi-dimensional energy meter state inspection technology can effectively solve these problems .this paper designs the state inspection system of the electric energy meter, realizes the comprehensive, intelligent and precise detection and maintenance of the energy meter, reduces the economic cost of manpower,, which based on the diagnosis model of tree group anomaly diagnosis, to solve the problem of on-site calibration, check no goals and other issues, improve the scientific and effective operation of the power grid.
