      本文基于用电信息集抄系统的深化应用,如台区区分,相位识别和瞬时冻结,配合电力线测距等设备,提出一套新型的低压台区网络拓扑结构重建方案。本方案总体上分为四步,分别是台区区分,相位识别,恢复分支,节点电力线测距,最后依据以上获得的信息重构台区电网的拓扑结构。
英文摘要:
      A new Scheme is presented for low-voltage district topology Reconstruction. It is based on extended application of remote centralized meter reading system, such as district distinguish, phase identification and instantaneous data record. The program has four steps in general. Namely district distinguish, phase identification, branch recovery and power-line nodes ranging. The topology of the regional power grid is reconstructed based on the information obtained above.
