      针对现有电能质量综合评估方法受主观因素影响大和评估模型复杂或不够准确的问题,提出了基于典型负荷分类赋权和曲线型未确知函数的综合评估方法,利用曲线型未确知函数构造电能质量单指标未确知测度三维矩阵,逐级加权投影,算得典型负荷电能质量综合评估指标,最终实现分级与打分,并与传统直线型未确知函数评估法、灰色关联度评估方法进行对比分析,验证了所提方法的准确性与可行性。
英文摘要:
      In view of the problem that the existing comprehensive evaluation methods of power quality are affected by subjective factors and the evaluation models are normally complex or not accurate enough, put forward the comprehensive evaluation method based on empowerment according to the typical load classification and curvilinear unascertained function, using curvilinear unascertained function to structure the 3D unascertained measure matrix of power quality index, empower step by step, get the comprehensive evaluation index of power quality of the typical load, finally realize the grading and scoring, and then verify the accuracy and feasibility of the method by comparative analysis with the traditional linear unascertained function and grey correlation analysis evaluation methods.
