      为提升对运行中电能表的维护管理能力,基于增强功能的负控终端,提出了一种电能表远程在线检测系统构建方案。通过对现有负控终端的改造,使其能实现与被检电能表时间同步,可读取和输出电能计量脉冲,并能获取自身状态信息;再配之修正了故障及报警判断准则的电能表远程在线检测软件的开发,完成了现有电能计量自动化系统升级改造,建成了新的电能表远程在线检测系统。在供电局的实操平台上实施的试验测试结果表明,该系统不仅能检测电能表的计量性能,正确判断电能表故障或异常报警信息的真伪,并能诊断增强功能负控终端的运行状态,可明显提高电能表的运维管理效率。
英文摘要:
      In order to enhance the maintenance and management ability of the running watt-hour meter, based on the enhanced load control terminal, a construction project of watt-hour meter remote online detection system is proposed. Through the transformation, the existing load control terminal can realize time synchronization with the detected watt-hour meter, can read and output energy measurement pulse, and can obtain its own state information. With the newly developed watt-hour meter remote online detection software which fixed fault and alarm judgment criteria, the upgrade of existing energy metering automation system can be completed. Then a new watt-hour meter remote online detection system can be built with the enhanced load control terminal and the upgraded automation system. The test results carried out on the operation platform of the power supply office show that the system not only can detect the measurement performance of the watt-hour meter and correctly determine authenticity of watt-hour meter failure or abnormal alarm information, but also can diagnose the running state of the enhanced load control terminal. It can be seen that the system can significantly improve the operation and maintenance efficiency of watt-hour meter.
